OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter the Sweepstakes through the Sky Sanctuary Rescue website at https://www.skysanctuaryrescue.org/donate/broncogiveaway. Entries made online will be effective on the day received. Entries become the property of Sky Sanctuary Rescue (the “Sponsor”) and will not be returned. You are responsible for your own costs of entering, including online access charges, data usage, long-distance telephone charges, or postage. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry submission.
3. ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY:
On a piece of 3" x 5" paper, print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, and date of birth. Mail to: Sky Sanctuary Rescue, 14861 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Arizona 85032. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately in a stamped envelope. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Mailed entries must be received by March 30, 2026, when the sweepstakes ends.
4. DATES:
The Sweepstakes will begin on November 1, 2025 and will end on March 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
5. ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes entries are limited to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES ARE VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND RHODE ISLAND, as well as any jurisdiction where prohibited by law. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, or directors of the Sponsor, or their children, parents, spouses, or members of the same household are ineligible to participate. A purchase or donation does not enhance your chance of winning.
6. DRAWING:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about March 31, 2026, by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail, or phone and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 30 days of the date of the notice. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all rights to, and hold harmless, the Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns (“Promotion Parties”) from any
claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
7. PRIZE:
One (1) 2025 Ford Bronco 4D 4X4 Big Bend. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $120,000 USD. Prize includes taxes, registration, and delivery to the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Limit one prize per household.
8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
