1. SPONSOR

The "Skip a Coffee, Save a Life" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Sky Sanctuary Rescue, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 14861 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85032 (the "Sponsor").

The Sweepstakes is conducted in conjunction with Sky Sanctuary Rescue's charitable fundraising initiative to support the rescue, rehabilitation, medical care, and protection of vulnerable animals, as well as the continued operation of Sky Sanctuary Rescue.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.

Employees, officers, directors, and individuals directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 12:00 AM Arizona time (MST) and ends on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All eligible entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's records will serve as the official timekeeping method for determining entry eligibility.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may participate through either of the following methods:

METHOD 1: ONLINE CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit Sky Sanctuary Rescue's official "Skip a Coffee, Save a Life" donation campaign page and elect to make a voluntary recurring contribution of $5 weekly or $20 monthly.

An eligible participant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry through this method.

Additional donations, increased donation amounts, or subsequent recurring contributions will not increase the number of entries awarded.

METHOD 2: FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) — MAIL-IN ENTRY

To enter without making a donation, eligible participants may handprint the following information on a 3-inch by 5-inch notecard:

• Full legal name

• Complete mailing address, including city, state, and ZIP code

• Valid email address

• Telephone number, including area code

• Date of birth

Place the completed notecard inside a standard envelope, affix sufficient postage, and mail it to:

Each eligible mail-in entry will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Mail-in entries must be received by November 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM Arizona time. A postmark dated on or before the closing date does not guarantee eligibility if the entry arrives after the deadline. Participants are strongly encouraged to mail their entries early to allow sufficient time for postal delivery. ENTRY LIMIT: One (1) entry per eligible person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. All eligible entries will have equal odds of winning. No donation is necessary to enter or win.

5. GRAND PRIZE — A YEAR OF FREE COFFEE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000 USD), representing the promotional equivalent of one year of free coffee. The prize will be awarded as a single check in the amount of $3,000, issued directly by Sky Sanctuary Rescue to the verified winner. The winner may use the cash prize at the coffee shop of their choice or for any other lawful personal purpose. The prize is not restricted to coffee purchases.

Total Number of Prizes: One (1)

Total Prize Value: $3,000 USD

Prize Delivery: One (1) check issued by Sky Sanctuary Rescue.

The prize is nontransferable prior to award and may not be assigned to another individual.

The prize is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any coffee retailer.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND DRAWING

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place within ten (10) business days following the close of the Sweepstakes on November 16, 2026, and no later than Tuesday, December 1, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an authorized representative. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, IRS Form W-9, and other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to complete the required documentation, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner through a random drawing.

The winner will not be considered officially verified until all applicable eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

8. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Following successful verification, Sky Sanctuary Rescue will issue a check payable to the verified winner in the amount of $3,000 USD. The check will be mailed to the winner's verified mailing address within thirty (30) days following completion of all required documentation. Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect mailing information supplied by the winner or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

No purchase, donation, or payment to Sponsor is required to claim the prize.

9. TAXES AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The $3,000 Grand Prize constitutes taxable income to the winner under applicable federal and state tax laws. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize. Sky Sanctuary Rescue will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC and report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service as required by applicable law. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize. Sponsor does not provide tax or financial advice, and winners are encouraged to consult their own tax professionals regarding applicable obligations.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submit fraudulent or duplicate entries, interfere with the drawing, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or technically unsuccessful entries due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

11. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publicly announce the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence in connection with the Sweepstakes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for entry administration, eligibility verification, winner notification, prize fulfillment, and other purposes disclosed in Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

 

12. GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

A free alternative method of entry is described in Section 4.

All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, will be treated equally for purposes of the random drawing.
